# Staking

**Staking** is the process of locking up your crypto assets in a blockchain network to help support its .\
In return, you earn rewards, based on APY.

Currently, there is 2 available staking assets - $EVER and $VENOM

To Stake you"ll need to follow next steps:

1. If your current Network not Everscale/Venom, you should change it: choose Everscale or Venom.

2. Click **Stake** button.

3. Type amount the tokens you want to stake, check the conditions and click **Stake** button. Then, confirm transaction.

4. Now, you can see the total staked amount at main menu:

If you want to unstake - you should use Unstake option:
